Our community came together for an inspiring evening at Station Seven, where we shared updates on our charity’s work, celebrated achievements, and outlined our vision for the year ahead.
Attendees had the chance to watch a heartfelt video featuring stories from community members who have experienced Active Communities' programmes. These stories helped highlight the transformative power of health, wellbeing, and social connection.
