All of our hire spaces are fully accessible, with strong Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art AV, whiteboards and flipcharts. We also provide reception services, have on-site parking (limited vehicles), accessible parking spaces and nearby free parking too.

Our main hall is a 90 m2 multi-purpose, flexible space that can comfortably seat up to 80 people. This makes it the perfect space for a social event, fitness class, conference or company training day.
The room comes with a complete AV set-up, including a cinema screen and sound system. And whether you prefer a theatre, u-shape or cabaret layout, our main hall can accommodate this.

This conference room is located on the ground floor of the station. With a maximum capacity of 10 people, this boardroom-style room is ideal for meetings or training days.
The stylish and airy room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, full AV set-up and large windows.

With a modern and welcoming meeting-room style set-up, the Old Cell room is an ideal space for meetings of two people.
It’s the perfect spot to hold an interview or a one-to-one session.

This multi-functional suite is located on the upper level of Station Seven. The room has a TV and full AV set up making it an ideal space for hosting board meetings, team meetings or training days.
It’s a large open space that can comfortably sit up to 20 people, depending on your preferred setup style. Whether you’d prefer a training, boardroom, conference, u-shape or cabaret-style room set up, the room can easily accommodate this.

This is a small but well-designed private office space that’s ideal for one-to-one meetings, interviews and counselling sessions.
The private room is located on the upper level of Station Seven and is suitable for 2-3 people.

We have a unique, steel-clad outbuilding that’s perfect for hosting small group activities.
The Shed is separate from the main building at Station Seven and comes with its own facilities. This venue can host up to 20 people.

Need a change of scene from working from home? Hot-desking at Station Seven gives you all the buzz of the office, without any full-time commitment.
We have co-working desk spaces for hire that you can rent by the day or by the hour. You’ll get plenty of networking opportunities, access to strong Wi-Fi, printing and photocopying facilities and can stay fuelled with tea and coffee.
Rates: £5 per hour or £35 per day
