Girls on the Run

girls on the run logoGirls on the Run aims to inspire girls to be active, healthy and feel good about themselves.

Sessions include walking/jogging, team building, boot camp, dance fit, pampering and lots more. The emphasis is on having fun while being active: some of our favourite activities include chicken run, wellie boot toss and hunt the haggis!!

The girls also take part in health awareness sessions looking at health issues, healthy eating and heart health.

We also encourage volunteering with the programme enabling girls to participate in the Saltire Awards.

Who is it for?

Girls P6 to 16 years old.
