We're all feeling down in the dumps at the moment, no wonder! At Active Communities, we want to start feeling good again! We want to dance, sing, chat, cook, run, move and feel positive - lets do it together! We're bringing you Feel Good February so we can all start feeling better together. Over the 28 days of February, lets all do at least 1 thing a day to make ourselves feel better - whether that's exercising, cooking a nutritious meal, or picking up the phone and talking to a loved one. WE CAN DO IT.
