Chair Aerobics

Chair Aerobics is fun and friendly class, aiming at those who would like to be more active, but don't know where to start. 45 minutes of gentle exercises that help improve health and strength muscles tone. Chair-based exercises are for you if you have trouble getting up and about, or simply if you want a change of activity.

Mondays from 10:15 am till 11.00 am.

Class cost - £1.00 per session payable on the day.
