Active Mums

we currently have no classes running at the moment

Active Mums is a new indoor exercise class designed to gently tone mums back into shape after having a baby.

No need to arrange a babysitter as children can come along too!

Our recommendation is that mums should be 12 weeks post natal before attending our Active Mums class. Mums must have had clearance from the GP to exercise.

All fitness levels are welcome, you can work at your own pace.

There is something to suit everyone, from boxing style training for cardio and mood boosting, to standing Pilates for core strength and posture.

All done to great music with a bunch of like minded mums.

Babies enjoy the music and get inspired watching their 'Active Mums'
