Robertson TrustThe Robertson Trust

The Robertson Trust provide funding towards the post of our Manager. Active Communities was also selected by The Robertson Trust and Evaluation Support Scotland to be part of their Community Sport and Learning Set. This allowed us to develop monitoring and evaluation tools which effectively measure our work at Active Communities.

We have also been selected to be part of the Youth Work in Sport Initiative, which is a partnership between the Robertson Trust and the Rank Foundation. This initiative funds a post for a trainee youth worker within Active Communities, allowing them to gain practical work experience while they study for a Diploma in youth work.

We are grateful for the funding support that The Robertson Trust has given us, but more importantly for believing in us as an organisation and helping us to grow and develop.
