Feel Good About You

 

Feel Good About You is a six week course to look at simple ways to make small changes in our lives that can improve health and fitness, have fun trying out some gentle exercises and activities & learn more about feeling good about ourselves!

There will be a mix of activities and learning opportunities at the sessions.
